2. Services

Our virtual CFO services and outsourced fiscal management solutions are delivered remotely and tailored to individual needs. Deliverables and timelines are specified in each agreement.

3. Info Products

Clyndora offers digital guides, training modules, and interactive tools. Access is granted upon full payment and is non-transferable. Content may not be redistributed.

4. Goods

Physical items such as printed resource kits are available for purchase. Shipping costs and delivery timelines are provided at checkout.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Services

Clients may request a refund within 14 days of service commencement. Refunds are processed to the original account. Clients may reschedule services once within 30 days at no extra charge. No refunds are available if service milestones have been fully met, as this ensures proper allocation of resources and commitment to agreed schedules.

5.2 Info Products

Requests for refunds must be submitted within 7 days of purchase. Upon approval, access to digital products will be revoked and funds returned via the initial payment channel.

5.3 Goods

Physical items may be returned within 30 days of delivery in unused condition and in original packaging. Return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser. Approved refunds are issued after inspection.
